iAdvize is a conversational marketing platform that enables businesses to engage their customers and prospects whether they’re on the website or on social media from one messaging solution. Visitors can get real-time advice from customer service but also from advocates, members of the brand community.

iAdvize was created in 2010 from a twofolded observation: web users demand an online, human and instantaneous customer service that is free and easy to use; businesses which deploy their activity online express a growing need to respond to their visitors and support them in real-time.

In 2016, iAdvize launched ibbü, an on-demand pool of experts. ibbü experts are made available to brands and are paid to support their customer service teams. 60% of online purchases take place during the evening or at weekends, when customer service teams are often reduced in size and less available. With ibbü, brands enable their customers to get authentic advice 24/7 in real- time.

More than 600 businesses in 60 different countries use iAdvize across all sectors. Clients include Cdiscount, Disney, BMW, House of Fraser, TUI, Inter ora, Feelunique and Alfred Dunhill.
